MARYVILLE, Mo. - The Nodaway County Health Department has confirmed a sixth COVID-19 related death in the county. The Health Department says the latest victim was a man in his 80s.
No other details have been released about the victim. Health officials also confirmed 46 more cases of COVID-19 in the county. This now brings the total number of cases in the county up to 553.
Of those 553, 273 COVID-19 cases are still active. Officials add that there have been 16 hospitalizations caused by COVID-19 so far, and six are still hospitalized.
